5 Gallon Barreled Water Filling Machine Production Line 
This barrel water filling and packing line is different from small PET bottle filling. Usually the barrel is recycle using, so the barrel cleaning is very important as the first step. In our rinsing machine, the barrel will be cleaned by multiple liquids, from alkali water to disinfecting water, and then to the pure water, to ensure every barrel can be cleaned absolutely. And then the filling machine and capping machine will start to work automatically.

Barrel Cap Remover  (Optional)
Function: to remove the caps that leave on the 5gallon barrel bottle if it is used.

External Bottle Brush Washer
Function: clean the external of 5 gallon bottles with brush and water

Internal Bottle brush Washer 
Function: Clean the inside bottle.

Washing/disinfecting /filling/capping Machine
Function: wash & clean internal bottle with hot alkali water, detergent water，recycled water,pure water —–filling water into empty bottle—– capping the filled bottles with plastic caps.
