This automatic filling sealing machine is specially designed according to the cream making process of cosmetics and ointment products. This unit automatically loads the tube, heats, seals, with pretreatment system, and fills. With Mechanical piston type, electrical control system and operating platform system.

Features:
* The design of this tube filling machine is in full compliance with the requirements of the pharmaceutical machinery industry and pharmaceutical production management regulations issued by the Food and Drug Administration.
* The design, production, assembly, debugging and materials of the main components are in strict compliance with GMP requirements.
* Automatically load the tube, automatically send the empty tube to the station for automatic labeling, filling, sealing, batch numbering, tail cutting and automatic ejection.
* The whole machine adopts mechanical cam transmission, strict precision control and processing technology of each transmission component, and high mechanical stability.
* The hot air heating system formed by imported fast and efficient heaters and highly stable flow meters makes the seal beautiful and firm.
* Stepless frequency conversion speed regulation is possible, and the production speed can reach 60~80 pieces/min.
* Automatic filling, no tube filling. The tail of viscous materials has a cutting function.
* False alarm, silent alarm, overload alarm function
* Built-in counting function and automatically stop running when the set number is reached
* The drive components are installed under the platform, safe and pollution-free
